Today we have decided to show you how to do an easy everyday natural look, with few things. This look is perfect for a person with dark and light hair, but also for the person who might not be so confident at applying makeup.

It´s so simple that it only takes 4 steps and 4 makeup products:

1. Apply "Wake me up" concealer from Rimmel all over the lid and also under the eye

2. Take a stiff brush and apply Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo Bad to the Bronze all over the lid.

3. Take a dark brown eyeshadow and blend it from the crease and into the middle of the eye.

4. Lastly apply two layers of mascara - ours if from Clinique.

Fitness apps

Posted by Nanna at Wednesday, April 09, 2014 0 comments
I've been searching around for a good fitness app - exercises and tips for a good workout I can have with me at any time. But I haven't really found anyone suitable for my needs.
Then I read on Tumblr that most people recommended the Nike Training app! And it is good, I must say!

It's the Nike+ Training Club and it opens a new world of possibilities towards your training. You can tune in on the exact training you need and want.

You can chose whatever you need, toning, getting stronger, whatever! And there'll be exercises waiting on you.

You then find a workout sounding like something you want - download it and then start! You can push a button saying "set music" and chose an album from your phone which will play during the workout! A woman will tell you what to do and you'll even be able to see the exercises!

R.I.P. Mickey Rooney

Posted by Unknown at Tuesday, April 08, 2014 0 comments
It came as sad news to learn that the great and diverse actor Mickey Rooney this sunday passed away at age 93.
We did not personally know him, however he was a really funny character in my favorite movie: Breakfast at Tiffany´s. His role in that movie, might have been rather small, but it showed that he was a chameleon in the acting business.

Born september 23, 1920 in Brooklyn, New York  he stood on stage a little more than a year later and took to movies at age six. And even though the majority of people age 93 are enjoying their old ways in a retirement home in Boca, Rooney kept making movies until the end. Having to of his movies in pre-production and one filming right now. If that isn´t amazing we don´t know what.
The younger generation might know him for his thieving ways in Night at the Museum, with another great actor Dick Van Dyke.

His work spanned from acting, director, producing to writing and music. He was a versatile actor, with a great spirit, that could make every person around him smile brighter than the best joke.

We loved him, american loved him, the whole world loved him. Rest in Peace Mickey

Divergent

Posted by Unknown at Monday, April 07, 2014 0 comments
Finally the day arrived (april 2nd) when I got to see the long awaited movie adaptation of Divergent by Veronica Roth. I read the first two books about 2 years ago, and finished the last one Allegiant about 4 months ago, and to be honest I'm still in denial about that book.

If you're not familiar with the story of Divergent, it's set in a post-apocalyptic future in the city of Chicago. The survivors have been divided into five Factions based on their predispositions: Abnegation, for the selfless; Amity, for the peaceful; Candor, for the honest; Dauntless, for the brave; and Erudite, for the Intelligent. Each year, all sixteen-year-olds take an aptitude test that will tell them for which faction they are best suited. After receiving the results of their test, they must decide whether to remain with their family or transfer to a new faction.
The main character is sixteen-year-old Beatrice Prior, born into an Abnegation family, she doesn't feel like she belongs anywhere. And after her Aptitude test comes out inconclusive, she has to make a difficult choice, that might endanger her life.

I think I'm going to divide his review into the spoiler free part, and the one with spoilers, because it'll be hard for me to talk in depth about my opinion about this movie without giving stuff away.
So first off is the spoiler free part. You'll know when I get spoilery.
First off I just really need to praise the casting, because for me they hit the mark with so many of the characters. Most important one is of course Shailene Woodley, who plays the lead Tris. She was to me perfect for the role. She gives off the shy introvert side of Tris, but can also show the vindictive badass side of Tris without problems. I really loved her in this role, and I think it was good for me not having seen her in anything really. I mean, I've seen a few episodes of her (awful) show The Secret Life of the American Teenager back in the day, and man, has she evolved a lot. Which is good for her, and for fans of the Divergent series.
Next up for praise is Theo James who plays the male lead, Four. Again, I had not seen much of his work before, except for his minor role as Kemal Pamuk in Downton Abbey. But he totally became Four, he was Four and he will go far in this world. He is such a good actor, and it seemed so effortless for him at times, like he wasn't even trying to act.
Next person I have to praise and mention is the fabulous Zoë Kravits. She portrays one of my favourite characters from the book; Christina. In the book she is described as having short black hair with dark brown skin and eyes. And they nailed that. Zoë gave Christina the exact same spunk and spark that makes up most of her character, and loved her from the moment I spotted her on screen. Maybe I'm a bit biased about her, because I both love Zoë and Christina, but she really was great.

Pacing in the movie felt good to me, some might think it was boring in some slower parts, but to me scenes that takes it slowly and lingers on details on the universe and characters, is one my favourite things. The score was also fantastic, but since it's the work between Hans Zimmer & Junkie XL (who worked together on The Dark Knight Rises), it wasn't really a surprise. They captured the feeling of the book perfectly, and tied the whole thing together.
I can't really say much more about it, because I keep wanting to reference the book and the differences and such, so I think I'll just say;

Go see it if you like action and dystopian worlds and strong female characters.

Warning: Spoilers for book and movie alike if you read along!
[this part will come later, because I need to see it again before saying my final words on this movie]

Fine Fashion

Posted by Unknown at Friday, April 04, 2014 0 comments
No, this post is not going to be about fashion styles that look "fine", it´s about a person, who through our youth had the craziest and most fashion forward style, we could ever imagine: that person is FRAN FINE aka the Nanny.

Not long ago Netflix decided to ad all the seasons of The Nanny, which means we Three Weird Girls have been glued to our television. Through our marathon endeavor, we were reminded of the amazing style of Fran Fine, that only Fran Fine could wear. So we have decided to list our favorite outfits from the Nanny, for your pleasure.

Sindy´s Favorites
If this outfit isn´t perfect for the summer, I don´t know what. Anybody who is following various fashion blogs, knows that showing of the midriff is the way to go this season. We see Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian wearing it and a punch of fashion bloggers rocking this look. Plus, you never go wrong with funky print.

Various outfits with print on, is something that had shined on Fran Fines body throughout all of the Nanna episodes and a look that she rocked a lot, is the blazer with the high skirt. It is so clever, because that kind of look is very high end and business lady like, but with the edgy print, she manages to funky up all of the outfits and looks like a lady from the Queens. She has a print for every occasion.

These are my all time favorite outfits. The high waisted skirt, with high end graphic print, a bright red, short jacket, with a simple white blouse underneath.
And the simple black top part, with elements of shear and the piano skirt - AHH-MAHH-ZING!
Not to mention the classic black outfit with leopard detail that we all came to love.

Annemette's Favorites

I find that when Fran's style is most silly and odd, I like it all the more. Because what else says confidence that wearing a pink suit with newspaper print on it? And I think Miss Fine is one of the few people, if not the only one, who could pull this look off?

But I also love when it's a bit more toned down, and this ensemble is fun but at the same time simple. I don't know, I just really like it.

Despite all the crazy fun outfits, our Franny have been known to sport some classy beautiful dresses, and this one is one of them. It even has a matching jacket! Fun!

Nanna's Favourite

What I love most about Fran Fine is, most of all, her confidence! I admire her character and of course her body too! She could wear ANYTHING - and clearly she does! But it can never get to crazy as long as you keep your head high and your heels higher!

The little black dress should be in any closet! Including Fran's! Will you just look at that body?!

I am a really big fan of sequins and so are Fran! Here she's rocking a fab, red dress!

The Infamous LiLo List

Posted by Unknown at Thursday, April 03, 2014 0 comments
If you haven´t heard it yet, it´s about time; Just a couple of weeks ago Lindsay Lohan decided to write and share a list with the public. Now you might think, "but what´s wrong with sharing a harmless list", Well the list is not so harmless. To be more precise, the list she decided to write AND numerate, is a list of all her previous lovers, and because of this list over half over the leading men in Hollywood have started sweating.

Now because we do not have the right´s to this list, InTouch owns it, we can not show you a picture of it, but we can mention every person on the list, the way Lindsay Lohan wrote them down:

1: Ashton Kutcher (apparently when he was still together with Demi Moore..ups..)
2: Blurred out
3: Ryan Philippe (Hopefully before or after Reese W)
4: Stavros Niarchos (Paris Hilton´s ex fiancee)
5: P. C. Valmorbida (Don´t know who he is, but we do now)
6: J. Phoenix (If true, lost a little respect for him)
7: Blurred Out
8: Lukas Haas (The little boy from Witness)
9: Nico Tortorella
10: Evan Peters (Now engaged to Emma Roberts)
11: Danny Cipriani (Cutie Rugby player)
12: Maggio Cipriani (no apparent relation to Danny - what´s the odds)
13: B. Del Torro (great actor)
14: Aaron Voros (ex Ranger)
15: Wilmer Valderrama (No surprise there)
16: Blurred Out
17: Jamie Burke
18: Jamie Dornan
19: Zac Efron (No wonder he needed rehab)
20: Orlando Bloom (SAY WHAT!)
21: Justin Timberlake (Hoping it was in the N´sync days, because then he´s forgiven)
22: Brian@GPH (Brian at Grammercy Park Hotel)
23: Josh Mond
24: Colin Farrell (not cutie Farrell :(
25: Heath Ledger (we are ignoring this name, because NO ONE speaks ill of the hot dead guy)
26: Ryan Rottman
27: Max George
28: Guy Berryman
29: James Franco (again, not really a surprise)
30: Adam Levine (BUT he only dates Victorias Secret models)
31: Garret Hedlund
32: Riley 8 (Riley Giles)
33: Blurred Out
34: Petey (Muse) Wright
35: Blurred Out
36: Blurred Out

Judging from the list, you might say that Hollywood is just one big, dysfunctional family.
After seeing the list, we only have to add; We hope they used protection!
Other people might add: Where´s Samantha Ronson?
