Blog Update: So very sorry.

First of all, we'd just like to apologise for the shoddy posting schedule lately, but we've all three just kinda underestimated how much the arrival of summer was gonna distract us. Also Signe had a huge paper to write and an exam soon, and that took up a lot of her time. And one of the things we try to remember when doing this blog is that it's supposed to be fun. It's not a chore or something we get paid to do. So yeah, we might miss a day, but that's most likely because we had plans outside in the world for that day. Or something came up.

But nevertheless, we're sorry for not posting as much lately. Hopefully when we get more free time, and the sun is not trying to burn our skin off (seriously, it's so hot outside it's hard to concentrate), we'll get back to a more regular posting schedule.

Hot Summer Couples

The summer is coming closer and that is also going to show on out blog Three Weird Girls. The streets are lined with hot couples who are dying to go on vacation together with each other, Get together with friends, and chill out at festivals.

The red haired beauty and her love, are seen jet setting between premiers this summer, but they look rather cute doing it, if you ask me. With her fair looks and his italian charm, the couple is definitely going to turn heads this summer.

Elisabeth Olsen & Boyd Holbrook
Even though their engagement was publicly announced and the couple is famous, they seem completely smitten by each other and are strolling the streets of New York, ignoring ever person on their way. This is a relationship we are rooting for!

Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes
It has always seem that the two times hotties, have been in a relationship, where we have been waiting for the final split to be announced. But instead the announcement of a little baby Gosling-Mendes came out. We hope the baby is not just there to save the relationship, but that it is a couple that will last. Even though we would love Ryan for ourselves.

From one Ryan to another. Ever since they got engaged, the two have managed to stay out of the press, and their couples cuteness just keeps on growing and that is way they have made our list of Hot Summer Couples.

Adam loves women and is known for jumping from one woman to another before we can even blink. However the announcement of their engagement, has made us wonder if he is finally ready to settle down. All I know is that I have seen them in every gossip magazine, since they started dating each other.

~ CUE SPACE MUSIC ~

Yep, another Marvel movie! Can't get enough of them. And this one is another great one, really. 

In terms of cinematography it's a real beauty, because with all the space of shots it gets really vibrant and colourful. And the music, that's only from the 70's and the 80's, really sets up the movie as a more comedy based thing, than for example the X-Men movies.
But that doesn't mean the movie is all laughs. I mean, the first few minutes, where we learn the background of Peter Quill, are quite sad but then it cuts to the title credits and the feel and tone of the movie changes rapidly.

And I guess, those two opening scenes really sets the entire tone for the rest of the movie. Sadness and laughs. Because as I see it, it's a comedy sprinkled with sadness.

But overall it's a fun ride, and yeah Gamora is a babe and my queen, also Groot is adorable.

Dangerous Summer Insects

The summer is upon us, and although the majority of us get really excited and want to run out and roll around on the grass, there are some dangerous insects out there that we have to be worried about. I am not saying you have to lock yourself in a room and be a hermit, but simply remember to check your body for any scabs that look suspicious.
To make things easier for you, I have created a list with the insects your have to be the most worried about.

The Bee

No surprise that the bee is one of the bug on our list. The bee can actually become very dangerous, when you are allergic to it. Some people don´t know they are allergic, before they have been stung and if you are alone at the time, there is a chance that you can go into chock and die.
The bee comes in many shapes and sizes and exists in many different countries.




Mosquitos

 In Africa Mosquitos kill and carry more diseases than any other bug. Some can be harmless, whereas others can be deadly. One can make your skin itch, where the other can make you sweat and puke for days. A mosquito can even carry HIV from one person to the another.







Ticks

Like many of the other insects, the tick exists in many countries. It is very dangerous mainly because they are so small the you can´t see when they are crawling on you, hiding and biting on to your skin, in warm nooks and crannies of your body. If you have a pet, the tick can get "stuck" in the fur of your pet and get carries in to your home. If a tick doesn´t get removed/treated you can end up getting Lyme´s disease.

It's June ya'll!! You know what that means, right? It is officially summer! Bikini season and not-so-much-clothes season has kicked in! Yaaay! Or naaay? Either way, you have a body and I bet it is super beautiful! Though, sadly many girls/women, including myself, are unhappy with their bodies. Some more than others, but it is a common thing among females. So today is in the name of love your body and I will try to make everyone comfortable in their own skin. If not, just for a minute! Therefore I didn't need you guys to look at skinny girls in bikinis today so I collected some of my favourite quotes around the internet about appreciating yourself and just being more true to yourself and your workout.
I know from personal experience that summer sometimes can be a kick in the face with all the wishes that didn't come true and maybe a reminder of how slow a process changing your body really is. Summer is great so make it great! No matter what you look like! That's my quote of the day!
