Full Body Workout

If you're not a big runner there are alternatives to what you might do to get your heart rate up in the red zone. The good way! Not the red, RED zone, that's bad. But yeah, if you feel like sweating and don't like treadmills, biking or any other machine in the gym, you might like the full body workout. This is exercises working your entire body, using nothing but you and your body weight to do a great workout.
You don't have to run marathons to burn calories, these exercises will do fine for a workout at home.
