Hello there!
I had absolutely no idea what to write today, so I thought I would show you guys the person who I've looked up to for so many years now! She is well known in the blogger industry and she won a billion prices, plus she's on tv at the moment in the Swedish version of Dancing With The Stars. Her blog has always been amazing and her choice in fashion even better! If you haven't already guessed who it is, I'll tell you - It is the one and only Kenza Zouiten. She's a model, she's a blogger and if I could choose one wardrobe to raid, it would be her's!
I'll post some pictures of what to expect when entering her blog. But be aware, you're going to hate yourself and your clothing afterwards!

Vaca Everyday

Posted by Unknown at Thursday, March 13, 2014 0 comments
Does it feel like ages since you had christmas vacation? Can´t wait for the easter holidays? In todays post we felt like giving you a few tips on how to have a small vacation in a busy schedule. Sounds weird? Just keep reading and you will understand.

Even though you might have a 9 to 5 job and the only "vacation" you have is from saturday to sunday, there are certain things you can do to make your everyday life feel more relaxing, just like a holiday...or sort of.

ASMR
ASMR means Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response: a pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli. Sounds fancy doesn´t it? Thanks Wikipedia. Well to sum it up with an example, I´m going to turn to youtube. The ASMR community on youtube is a vast growing community and is creating more and more attention from the media: Lately it has been mentioned on ABC World News and in O magazine. The reason for it, it because of the number of people suffering from stress and insomnia is increasing everyday. ASMR is there to help you relax in a busy everyday schedule. You can either listen to it while doing your homework, browsing the web, trying to sleep or whenever you want.

QUIT FACEBOOK
It may sound horrible, and maybe you don´t spent a lot of time on facebook, but it can be any app or device. Take a day of from gadgets in general and plan a day out with friends, where you do not bring your phone, tablet or computer. You may think the social network platforms have made you more social, but it is actually not true. Because of social media, people often say no to meeting up, because they can just talk over facebook, twitter or whatever it may be.
This may sound stupid, but turning on the tv is allowed: Go to your partner, buy some delicious food and watch a movie from start to finish, without checking IMDB, facebook, messenger etc.
SPLURGE
Go out and buy something nice for yourself...
*NOTE if you are an spender DO NOT spent a lot of money, we don´t want you going bankrupt on us
We would personally prefer to buy some nice food that is more expensive then what we usually eat, because we have earned it after a hard weeks work. But if you are more into buying fashion items, then that´s your choice. Treating yourself, can help take your mind of a hard days/weeks work and make you feel more relaxed, even though you might not be it. It´s all about tricking your mind.
SHOES OF AND FEEL THE GRASS
One of the things we always do, when we get home is taking off all of our clothes, including bh, and changing into something more comfortable. Tight clothes makes a person feel more tense, whereas comfortable clothes helps all the nerves in the body feel relaxed. Something like going to a park whilst shopping and taking of your shoes and just feeling the grass, helps you take your mind off of the fact to you are in a busy environment.
Who says you need to spent a lot of money on a vacation, when there are certain things you can do, to make you feel more relaxed.

Realistic Motivation

Hii guys!
Lately I've been really tired of super skinny, super fit girls on photos which are suppose to be motivating. Of course I'm not gonna stop looking at the pictures, but I thought that you guys might need some fresh stuff? So I've been saving some of the best motivating pictures I could find where the girls aren't exactly skinny Malibu barbies.
I posted a lot of motivation pictures and stuff like that here because that is what helped me a lot when going running or something like that. But most of the pictures circulating in the fitspo community can be very conflicting and some of the girls in those pictures are skinnier than I will ever be! But because they are "healthy" skinny/fit it makes it okay. And I thought I would search the internet for some, well, realistic motivation pictures. I don't know, I'm just tired of looking at extremely skinny girls, I'll never get there anyways! It was harder than I realized, but I found a few good ones!

Most Overexposed Celebrities

Posted by Unknown at Tuesday, March 11, 2014 0 comments
Say what!?! Yes you heard us Overexposed Celebrities, but that´s not all. It all actually starts with a famous Forbes list...Forbes creates list like "Hottest Hollywood couples" or "Riches Bachelor on earth" etc...but this list is different. It is a list about the many overexposed celebrities, mainly hollywood celebrities. We did not know anything about this list, before we this weekend read the list on Celebrity-Gossip.net

This list is extrodinary: it contains more than 6,600 celebs, which in itself is newsworthy...6,600!! Stay clear of hollywood people! Why? Because in this case the most overexposed ones are also the more...how should we put it...the more unstable ones.
The whole idea with the list, is about listing celebrities who all in all are a little too much on tv, in magazines, public etc. Celebs who we see and hear about everywhere, if we want it or not.

We will of course name the top five celebrities on the list, but we honestly don´t think it will come as a surprise.

1. Justin Bieber
So it´s a no-brainer, that after Justin´s mega "gangster" rant, including an arrest, he has landed on the top of the list. The many sites created by his beliebers are probably helping to fact that the kid - YES he is still a kid - has nudged his way to the top.

2. Kim Kardashian
We´re guessing that this needs no explaining. With her reality show rounding of the ninth season and her wedding with Kanye not far away, Kim Kardashian is a popular person to talk about. Not only did she manage to top the list, but her sisters have likewise managed to get a good position, meaning is must be their overexposed reality show that does the trick.

3. Lindsay Lohan
What, how is this possible. Not knowing if she is dead or alive - do to this list, we´re guessing she´s alive - Lindsay Lohan is still more overexposed than her fellow ex-teen-queen Amanda Bynes. Finally she has something to be proud of...or..well...sort of.

4. Miley Cyrus
Miley has quickly become known for the marketing stunt of the century: tongue out + ass up + hair short + grind on older, married man + stripping down to nothing = most talked about celebrity of 2013 and number four of overexposed celebrities. Well done Hannah Mon...ehhh Miley Cyrus. You really have the best of both worlds.

5. Honey Boo-Boo
Honey Boo-Boo: the name says it all. The little toddler, with the sassy attitude and flare for makeup has been on many peoples lips for some time now and her quirky family is definitely tv prime time worthy.

Her

Continuing along the path of Best Picture nominees, we have one of my personal favourites; Her by Spike Jonze.

As I said last Monday, I really wanted this movie to win, because I think it's story is different than most "romantic" movies now a days. And it teaches us a valuable lesson about love, and how we interact and treat people.
The plot of the movie is very simple; Theodore is a writer going through a divorce from his childhood friend turned lover. He then, in a fit of loneliness, he decides to purchase the new OS1, which is advertised as the world's first artificially intelligent operating system. It's basically just like a real person - without a body. The operating system names herself Samantha, and she and Theodore form a special relationship.
The conflict of the movie is also somewhat simple. It's really just about how their relationship face different troubles, and how they might overcome them. But most of the movie is just aesthetically pleasing journey of love and self-discovery. There's some really pretty shots and montages, and you just don't really have to think that much when watching the movie. It's really mostly afterwards all those thoughts about love and life, and how we all deal with it comes floating down to your brain.
Her is also a bit of a comedy, it has some funny lines and parts. There's especially one scene that went from awkward awkward to just funny awkward, in like 0.5 seconds. I'll give a hint; it has something to do with being strangled with a cat. And trust me. It is funny ... in an awkward way. But yeah, it's not all a lovefest movie, with cutsy moments. It also has real moments of seriousness and hardship. There's particularly one scene that was very emotional for me, because it just made me realise some personal things, and it was bit heartbreaking to see.

Another thing I should mention before I wrap this up is the acting. Most of the dialogue in this movie is between Theodore and Samantha, and since Samantha doesn't have a face, let alone a body, we just see Theodore. And with just a voice to react to and act with, Joaquin Phoenix does an excellent job. He really makes you believe Samantha is more than a operating system, and that he thinks of her as a person. The same can be said of Scarlett Johansson - the voice of Samantha. She really brings life to Samantha, and makes you forget she is just a machine.
Just take a look at this scene. It's really wonderful.
